The Centre is in compliance with the following Authorities,

1. The Ministry of Education.
2. Public Health; Food and Sanitary (disinfecting and child’s health and welfare) procedures.
3. Fire Department (Fire Code & Safety)

• We are licensed by the Ministry of Education (Provincial Government)
• The Centre is private, independent and accepts only full fee paying clients.
• Policies, Procedures, Rules, Regulations on how to operate the Centre are stipulated by the Child Care and Early Years Act. (The Legislative Requirements for Childcare)
• This Centre also has its own policies, but follows the regulations and guidelines from the Ministry of Education; i.e holidays, child’s sickness and exclusion policies, nutrition, nap time (2hrs. daily) Outdoor play; AM and PM weather permitting.
• Children are exposed to the early years experiences. (the senses, cognition, gross motor activities etc..). “How Does Learning Happen Framework”
